Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected during checkout.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is £12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully to understand our process.
Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Hand Sprayers
- Garden Paint & Fence Treatments
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
